Hi, my name is Kasey Geyer. I'm the principle that operates this website, BurialLifeQuotes.com. Here I am with my beautiful wife Carrie!
I have been a licensed Insurance Agent since 2011. I live in Sarasota Florida, but am licensed to help in many other States.
I'm also licensed in Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Missouri, Oregon, Iowa, New Mexico, Maryland, Wisconsin, Maine, Arizona, Oklahoma, New Jersey, Mississippi, Washington (state), Tennessee, South Carolina, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Minnesota, and newly acquired Idaho, West Virginia, South Dakota, Vermont, Virginia, Utah, Louisiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Nevada, and now California too!
I grew up in my family as the youngest of 4 boys. That dynamic generally produces a competitor and for me it was no exception.
In college I studied for and received my degree in Elementary Education, achieved in 1997. Yes, oddly enough, in another lifetime a long time ago I was a school teacher!
I should mention that I speak Spanish. My first teaching job was to teach English to kids as a second language, so my Spanish was important. What I wasn't prepared for was the public school system and how they can simply uproot you and transfer you to another school, which happened to me. That took me away from my family and home, and found myself answering to a person that had very different ideas about education than I did. So, I decided to move on.
I've always had a heart for helping people, and in 2011 obtained my insurance license.
When I meet folks in person to help get them set up with an approved coverage, they are usually surprised that I'm NOT a suit and tie guy. I don't carry a shiny briefcase. In fact, I'm likely the least fancy life insurance agent you'll ever know!
Now, just because I don't wear fancy duds doesn't mean I don't know my insurance! I am an expert when it comes to finding the right coverage for each family and individual. I refer to it as "finding the glove that fits your hand perfectly."
Our typical clients tend to be "regular" folks. People who are on fixed incomes, disability income and even SSI. We don't seek out the wealthy to market, in fact just the opposite. Oh sure, if you are doing well I can still help you. I'm just saying that most of our clients and referrals tend to be folks that need a bit more help.
We'll help people who don't have or couldn't qualify for coverage but really need something. Some have coverage, but not enough and we're able to affordably increase their coverage. We've found quite a few people who have coverage of some sort, but could use a better policy. We know that sometimes people get roped in to something too expensive, or a policy that increases premiums as it (and the covered person) grows older, or even have policies that suddenly end - because the term ended or it simply got too expensive to keep it up.
